Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Peckish website, waitlist, future app, ordering features, and restaurant-owner tools. By using Peckish, you agree to these terms.
Peckish is preparing for launch
Peckish is currently preparing its public launch. Some features described on the website or in product materials may be planned, in beta, limited by city, or not available to every user or restaurant yet.
Food allergy and safety information
- Peckish may provide allergy-aware restaurant and menu context, but this information is not medical advice and is not a guarantee that food is free from allergens or cross-contact.
- Users are responsible for reviewing information carefully, using their own judgment, and communicating directly with restaurants when allergy safety matters.
- Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of menu, ingredient, kitchen-practice, and order-preparation information they provide.
Accounts and acceptable use
- You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
- You may not misuse Peckish, interfere with the service, scrape data, reverse engineer private systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
- You may not submit false restaurant information, fake orders, abusive content, or information that violates another person's rights.
Orders, payments, and subscriptions
Future ordering, Peckish Plus, restaurant listings, and other paid services may be processed by third-party payment providers or app-store billing systems. Prices, fees, availability, refunds, and subscription terms may vary by product, platform, and launch stage.
Restaurant-owner responsibilities
Restaurant owners and operators are responsible for keeping listing, menu, allergen, kitchen, hours, pricing, and contact information accurate. Peckish may review, limit, suspend, or remove listings that are inaccurate, unsafe, misleading, or otherwise harmful to users.
Intellectual property
Peckish, its branding, designs, software, product experience, and related materials are owned by Peckish or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, or reuse Peckish materials except as allowed by law or written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Peckish is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Peckish disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, restaurant decisions, food preparation, or third-party services.
Changes to these terms
