01

Share genuine experiences

Reviews and dining feedback should describe a real experience with the restaurant or order. Do not post fake reviews, impersonate another person, coordinate review manipulation, or hide a paid or incentivized relationship.

02

Keep feedback constructive

  • Describe what happened and what would have improved the experience.

  • Do not post threats, harassment, slurs, hateful content, sexual content, or encouragement of violence.

  • Do not publish another person's address, phone number, health information, payment information, or other private data.

  • Do not use reviews to make knowingly false claims or to extort a restaurant, diner, or employee.

03

Allergy and dietary feedback

You may describe the information a restaurant provided and your own dining experience. Do not label a restaurant or dish allergy-safe, guaranteed, or certified unless a legally recognized certification supports the exact claim. Restaurant information can change, so diners should confirm important details with staff.

04

Restaurant replies

Restaurant replies must be professional and may not reveal order details, contact information, health information, or other private customer data. Restaurants may correct factual errors and explain their process, but may not threaten reviewers or offer undisclosed compensation for positive reviews.

05

Reports and blocking

Where public reviews are available, users can report content and block review authors. Reports are reviewed by Peckish staff and do not guarantee a specific outcome. Blocking changes what the reporting user sees; it does not decide whether content violates these Guidelines.

06

Enforcement

Peckish may filter, hold, reject, remove, or restrict content and accounts based on context, severity, repeated violations, legal requirements, and user safety. Content may be preserved privately when needed to investigate a report, dispute, fraud, or legal request.

07

Contact

Report abusive or unsafe content through the in-product reporting control where available, or email alecdevs@trypeckish.app with the content location and relevant context. Copyright notices should follow the DMCA and Content Takedown Policy.

These pages describe the current Peckish service in plain language. For account, privacy, order, or allergy-information support, email alecdevs@trypeckish.app.
